Gerald Rice


Gerald Rice is an accounting and data base specialist for American Retirement Planning Group.  Jerry obtained his BS from S.U.N.Y. at Albany in Math and Computer Science.  Jerry began working as a Computer Programmer/Analyst for Burroughs Corporation and several software firms on military communications projects for the Army, Navy and the White House Communications Agency, where he worked on the system that supported the Situation Room for the President of the United States.  He then entered Federal Service for 24 years as a Computer Specialist with the United States Secret Service working in the areas of mainframe computer support and Information Security.

In 2002 he retired from the Secret Service and moved to Las Vegas where he turned his hobby of card dealing into a fun retirement job as a casino dealer. In 2004, his association with American Retirement Planning Group began, first as a client and shortly after as an Administrative Assistant working in areas of accounting, Data Base Management, computer support, and other duties as assigned.
